A plain-language summary of personal-information handling for website enquiries.

Purpose
Personal information voluntarily supplied to L.E. Gator Construction may be used for legitimate business purposes connected to your enquiry, including contacting you, understanding project scope, preparing quotations and coordinating site-related communication.
Data minimisation
Only provide information reasonably necessary for the construction or maintenance enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents, financial credentials or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely required and an appropriate secure channel has been agreed.
Website enquiry form
The website form is intentionally backend-free. It prepares a message in your email application; it does not silently upload your form data to a third-party form processor.
Retention and access
Business correspondence may be retained where needed for project administration, legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping. Requests relating to personal information should be directed to werner@legatorconstruction.co.za.
Updates
This notice should be reviewed if the website later adds analytics, online payments, customer accounts, cloud form storage or other systems that change how personal information is processed.
